The Newcastle Transport Hub is a physical place customers can access to talk to a Newcastle Transport team member.

The Hub is located at Hamilton bus depot and provides a full suite of customer services related to the network.  

The Newcastle Transport Hub epitomises our customer-centric culture enabling access to customer information, customer assistance and advice from trained customer experience employees; as well as providing opportunities to provide feedback, comment and contribute to public transport and urban renewal projects.
